We had a service person damage our garage floor while installing a hot water heater. After repeated calls about the situation without any helpful response to our claim, we went to small claims court and received a judgement. It has yet to be paid. AHS states that their service people are bonded yet AHS was not willing to help us. Be careful when dealing with this company.

The repair technician was friendly and gave me honest feedback on what was wrong with my plumbing. AHS is the best deal for the money paid. However, if you get a discount on your annual premium ensure they apply the discount right away and get their name. Additionally, I always found it easier to pre pay for the deductible so there is no confusion on paying.

Awful... ORHP does not perform as advertise. Untrained techs who do not speak English. Five repair calls for mivrowave. Five calls on fridge. Toilet flap replaced an 40 days later toilet does not flush. I have to pay another $65 fee to get another flapper. Do not use ORHP. The will not fix or replace anything.

Assigned plumbing company Resurrection attempted to use extortion charging 500.00 dollars for a ball cock and pr of flex connection lines. signed the 68 YR OLD 90% disabled veteran from San Diego CA. 2nd Issue Faulty duct work as stated under my warranty COVERED. Deceitful advertising 4 our months W/O Heating due to failure of duct taped after 8 yrs. Go Figure. 3rd Resurrection Plumbing contractor for Old Republic waste line blockage. Resurrection to the rescue same day as complaint # 1. Bored hole in 1/1/2 waste line. 6 mos passed by after flooding under house, mud hole and garbage debris as kit sink, disposal and dishwasher dumper spoilage on the ground under house.

I do not recommend this company. You are better off taking the money you would pay them and put it in a savings account to pay for repairs. I had a list of about 6 plumbing items that needed to be taken care of and they denied every one of them. What a waste of money!

Once you have purchased their "warranty", you simply cannot get a hold of them. You cannot even use their website to download your contract to check coverage or put in a repair request online as their website is CONSTANTLY ERRORING OUT AND DOWN. Hold times via phone are in excess of one hour and when you do finally get through, you cannot get a straight answer out of them as to whether certain things are covered or not. HUGE RIPOFF.
