Recently I had open a claim for an a.c. repair. The company that you hired was so unprofessional and unreliable. I wish there was a way for upper management to follow up with the the customers in cases like this. Its been 2 months and my issue has not been resolved. So though I am not happy with the company hired. I am pretty much contempt with your service. Reps are caring and seemed relate to us as customers. Empathy. I really hope someone will read this and contact customers that go thru the same situation.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Just bought this house and the seller chose this warranty company. As soon as we moved in the AC stopped working in 105 degree temps. We called and were told the contractor could not come out for 6 days. This was absolutely unacceptable so we called back and were told we would receive a call back in 4 hours. No call so we called back. Told they were still working on it and would call back in 4 hours. Again no call. We called back today and were spoken to so rudely. The guy told us we were in a "que" and they would get to us when they get to us. I asked for his supervisor and was told " I dont think she is available. After insisting on speaking to a super....and after a very long hold, we were put on hold again while the super made phone calls to other contractors. She refused to tell us how many she called..(I doubt any) and she also refused to give us a list of contractors to call. Such control. She said the contractors were not answering because it was Sunday. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We still don't have an appointment with anyone.

This is the second time I called American Home Shield. No, it wasn't for the same problem. The first was an electrical problem. This was because my oven was going on and off at the most inopportune times! Roman fixed that problem. Also, my temperature display was unreadable. He took the board with him and said he'd call when the appropriate part(s) came in. I can still use my stove, but the oven is on hold. I do have a microwave and a toaster-oven, so I'll not be without means of cooking or baking. The repairmen in both cases came at the promised times, were clean and very professional. Thanks AHS!

I didn't have any problems with any service help or technician. Very prompt. My problem was about the yearly premium which it went up every year to make it too costly. I had them for three years and each year the rates was higher. My regular home insurance didn't go up like this! When my year was up, I canceled the service. When I didn't renew, they sent me a bill and demanded payment. I told them my year was finished and canceled and I didn't want their service anymore. I kept getting the payment pass due. I called and explained but nothing. They sent the account to collections and it went on my credit. Don't pick this company.

I made my appointment on line and it was easy. The technician showed up when he said he would and found the problem with my dishwasher in just a few minutes. He had to order a part, which came directly to my home in just two days! The technician returned as scheduled and had my dishwasher up and running in a matter of minutes. The technician was very professional, knowledgable, and kept his work area clean. This effort was not wasted on this customer and was much appreciated. Over all this servace was easy, professional, and met my needs.
