I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Old Republic\'s service. Renewed my policy online for the 3rd year in a row and continued my Ultimate coverage plus AC. My original policy when I purchased the home included roof repair coverage. Upon renewing, I was never given an option to add or remove the roof coverage, so I assumed it was included. Come rainy season, my roof has a leak. "No problem," I think to myself, "my home warranty will cover it!" Oh how wrong I was. See, their online system is buggy, meaning it NEVER gave me the option to either select or deselect coverage for roof repairs. It made it seem as if it was rolled into my Ultimate protection. NOPE. They inform me that just because THEIR system didn't inform me of the coverage THEY provide, I am out of luck. But OF COURSE, they would be happy to add the coverage back on AFTER I get the roof repaired out of pocket. This is a very shady way of doing business. I hope someone from the company reads this and helps me rectify the problem ASAP. I am one unhappy customer.

- The average wait time to talk to an AHS representative was 30 minutes. I had to make 5 calls so far. - I had multiple appliances on one visit and the technician was told it was only one appliance. The tech was unwilling to look at the other one, so he came back the next day and I missed another day of work. The windows for the tech to arrive is four hours - that is half my day waiting. - Premiere Appliance Services is VERY bad. (Not courteous and unprofessional)

I use American Home shields as my one and only home warranty that i would recommend to my clients, because of Rick Bright ( the regional manager) who has gone out of his way to make sure all our of clients are satisfied, he is amazing, and also the back end, escalation dept is also amazing and when things get touch, they get in to action and follow up and resolve all issues accordingly .. My only concern is with the vendors that are not very responsive, nor on time and sometimes less than pleasing and knowledgeable ....... Overall love the AHS, its programs and its management ....

Lowe’s Protection Plans

Whirlpool is picking up my Refrigerator and refunding the money I paid for it. It\'s less then 1 year old. It\'s made ice for about 2 weeks out of 10 months I\'ve owned it. whirlpool could not fix it On the other hand, Lowes will only give me back part of the extended warranty I bought from them. I never used the extended warranty. When I purchased the extended they told me if I didn't use it I would get a refund. The refrigerator is 10 months old. Now Lowes said I only get part back of the extended arrant because I used Whirlpool warranty. They say the warranty starts at the beginning also because it covers some things like money if my food gets spoiled. It's a gimmick. I spent $6 a week on bags of ice. That's not covered. Lowes sucks

We were having an issue with our dryer not completely drying our clothes. We called AHS and they had a technician there for us the next morning. After the repair the dryer worked well but a new noise developed shortly thereafter. We called AHS and they had their top technician there the very next day and he found the other problem and fixed it with no additional charge. I call that not only fast, but very reputable service. Well done!

I have had AHS for over 7 years and without fail I have not once been able to use them without a tremendous amount of effort on my part to manage the repair. They do not make it simple, they do not coordinate with their vendors and the last two repairs I have opened with them they keep closing without resolving. I rarely take the time to review a company but AHS is so bad that I have been online looking for a company to replace them. My last two issues, one a washer issue the other my a/c have not been resolved and do not look like they will be. When something goes wrong I have to keep calling and repeating my story to every new person who answers the phone. I ask for a supervisor and they say their policy is to NOT put one on the phone right away but I will get a call back within 24 hours, IF they call back and I miss it then it starts all over again because they do NOT leave a number. I have never seen a company with this bad of a customer service in any industry! Highly recommend against!
