I have been with AHS for approximatley 12 years if not more and I have nothing but the highest regard for the professional, efficient and personable service I have recieved from customer service staff. The contractors are also professional and arrive at the quoted time of the day. They always explain to me or my son the problem and the solution to the repairs. Out of all the my years with AHS I have only lodged 1 complaint against a contractor and was taken very serious by AHS. I was given a refund and another contractor after which AHS called me to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction. I have never had a contractor not leave the area of repair the same way he/she found it they always take all old parts and wrappings with them refusing to leave it in my trash. My only suggestion would be to reward long standing and loyal customers with a locked in payments, the cost would be the only, only reason I would leave AHS. I am on a fixed income and hope to continue to afford my AHS services for many years to come.View Less

I have waiting on the phone for over 45 minutes to get to a person and the overall response time is always late. After seeing many other positive reviews, perhaps my location is "one off"? I've called major dept stores for service and if you are lucky it's a week. The contractors who showed up were very professional and took their time troubleshooting the problem. I felt confident that every aspect was considered and never felt that they were allotting only so much time for the service call-- in other words fix it quick and out of here. The servicemen checked, double checked, thought outside the box including me in what they were thinking every step of the way. I guess I was concerned the contractors used might be the "lowest bid" type of quality-- and was pleasantly surprised to find just the opposite was true.View Less
