We strongly do not recommend buying the LG gas oven/range model LSG4513ST due to quality issues. We also strongly do not recommend buying the LG gas oven/range from Lowes due to poor repair service, and the lack of good faith to honor the purchased extended warranty. We purchased a LG oven/range, LG refrigerator, and Bosch dishwasher from Lowes for our kitchen remodel, including a Lowes 5 year extended warranty. Our LG oven/range was installed April 2017, and we immediately observed that the control panel would signal the oven had achieved programmed temperature, but bake or broil items were undercooked. We observed the control panel would signal the temperature had been reached in about 5-10 minutes, but the oven interior took about 45 minutes to reach temperature The LG service technician in October 2017 stated that the oven/range function was normal. In October 2018, the oven/range began turning itself off after being programmed for bake or broil. Lowes service has made five service calls during November and December 2018, without fixing the problem. Lowes notified us that our extended warranty was invalid after four service calls. The extended warranty was confirmed valid after we threatened legal action. On January 28 2019, Lowes Service phoned and indicated the oven was to be replaced. On Feb 1 2019, Lowes Service reversed their position and decided to schedule a repair appointment for Feb 7. We have not had a functioning oven for four months.

The plumber was able to quickly resolve the stoppage in the toilet. My only comment would be that it took a week to get someone out here due to their availability and my work schedule.

You never really know what you're going to get when you make this kind of call. Luckily, we've always had great experiences working with AHS. The most recent incident resulted in a quick call-back by the contractor, a scheduled visit the next day, and a quick repair. Definitely less anxiety than trying to wade through the repair-jungle alone.

customer service was very easy to work with, since i had already have this problem i asked for the same contractor...DONE. The contractor called within the 24 hour window. It was my fridge so of coarse i wanted everything done , now now now... but that isnt possible. LOL but the part was ordered..the contractor told the part company my husband is diabetic, which requires his meds to be refrigerated...and we got the part earlier than expected. which was awesome

I called on a refrigerator problem at my sister's home that I own. I was able to get through to a customer service rep pretty quickly. She was excellent in her skills to get things started. The response time for technician to show up was great. He was there the next morning and troubleshot the problem quickly and resolved the issue. We are pleased to have policy's on three homes, since we know that in time of need AHS will be there. Every once in awhile over the years there have been small glitches but AHS has resolved them to my satisfaction every time.

We knew we had a problem when the microwave here started beeping and saying there might be a short in the keypad so I contacted American Home Shield online to set up a repair. I was soon contacted and an appointment was set up. Then I got a call from the contracted company that the service person could come even earlier if I would like. I said yes and he was soon here and very quickly and efficiently handled the problem. The contractor was clean, polite, friendly and fast, and my problem was history.
