I was paying every month wen I asked to send someone to fix my water heater they never send I have to call a plumber to fix the problem and I pay cash for my frigde a call and every time I will wait 3 to 4 day and they will never fix it good I have to buy a new one why do I need the service if I was paying from my pocket this is the reason I stop the service and I told all my friends

I have been givien the run around to get my dryer fixed for 3 weeks now. When I call, I have been on hold for up to 1 1/2 hours before I just hang up and tey the next day. They upped my monthly premium without any notice at all. Im so dissappointed in this company right now. UGHHH!!!
