The technician was on time. He assessed the leak and felt he knew exactly what the problem leak was. He was accurate with his assessment and repaired the refrigerator while there. Very happy with B***** Appliance as well as Home Warranty.

Without a functional dishwasher for 3 weeks now. AHS contractor came out once before and sort of repaired it. Now it does not work at all and it has been a week since second contractor came out and no updates. The only way I can figure to talk to someone is via internet CHAT or Phone call. No email. However the electrical contractor they sent me was AWESOME. I am shopping around for another program. Oh, and the Phone assistance is outside of USA. RATINGS only for Dishwasher repair service.

Since we are still waiting for results my review is not very good, going on two weeks and still don’t have an operating heater. I guess AHS doesn’t trust it’s own contractors. So far I give no stars. I’ve gotten zero satisfaction.

Do not waste your money!! This company is as crooked as they come. I was a customer for approximately a year and a half before my air conditioner quit. The first company sent for repair could not figure out the issue. The second repair service was outstanding. The tech figured out the issue and forwarded his report to AHS. Due to the fact the manufacturer of my a/c unit had been out of business for quite some time, no parts were available for repair. The tech submitted a bid to AHS for replacement of my unit. AHS denied the replacement and offered me $1,500 as a cash out. Their reasoning for denial was that my system was of a type listed under the limitations section of the contract. Absolutely not the case! The so called customer service reps are ignoramuses. Trying to communicate intelligently with them is impossible. I think part of the reason is that English is not their first language and the second is that AHS trains them to talk in circles in order to screw over the customer. If you should be so foolish as to sign on with these crooks, take a close look at you contract. It states that you may not sue them and if you’d like to take them to small claims court, you must obtain their permission by requesting it in writing. If you have a dispute with them, you must handle it through arbitration. If you choose arbitration, it costs $200 to open a claim. Wow, they’ve got you by the short and curly’s no matter what. Don’t do it, these warranties are useless and a waste of money. Especially this crooked POS company!

I have had a policy with AHS for a few years. All claims have been handled quickly. Issues and choices have been negotiated with ease. Their customer service agents have all been easy to work with. Every repair person has handled the problems I have had with my home efficiently and the individuals have been very courteous.

The service was excellent. The time frame from my first call to my first service was minimal. The servicemen was exceptionally knowledgeable he gave me advice on how to keep my oven working. They explained the problem thoroughly. He cleaned up after himself. It was a good experience.

Very disappointing service. It is over 17 days and the AC repair has not been completed. After back and forth visit of an incompetent technician, who concluded that the AC is small for the home. Whereas the AC was originally installed by Builder passing and clearly all city and county building codes. When discussing with the representatives, we had to call 6-8 times and each time the call takes over an hour with no result. In the scorching heat we have to face the heat because people at AHS are not willing to listen. I am on hold for over an hour trying to get hold of a supervisor with the hope that someone will listen. The website provides the link for feedback , however that takes you to the same phone number which is a torture to begin with. Very very disappointed with the service, attitude and bad customer service. Seems like no one cares. And, before submitting the review we have to really assign a star. Really? Star for what

Our Sewage Pump quit working. AHS replaced it, but not before we had to be transferred to 5 different people...but once we got to the right person it was handled promptly.

AHS was very professional and courteous dealing with my claim for a broken toilet! It was fixed the very next day by a local plumber who did a great job. I am really glad i have their home warranty plan. I would tecommend it to anyone. Well worth it...

Very poor customer service, and extremely long wait times when attempting to contact an agent. I have been waiting over three months for a reported issue to be resolved. The contractor selection is very poor!

I\'ve had one AC outfit come to look at a 35+ year old unit with multiple issues and he told me he was going to try to have them replace the unit. This took several weeks to have somebody come take a look. Now they are having a second outfit come take a look to confirm that it needs to be REPLACED, not repaired. And it has taken even longer. We had our AC go our in mid-July. It's now almost mid-September. This is absolutely horrible service.

I was just on hold with this company for 26 minutes to find out the status of an HVAC unit that was suppose to be here over a week ago on a service call from Jan. 2015. Only 5 months for one service call. At this point, I am terrified of anything else needing service. When I commented on my wait time to speak to someone(26 min.) I was told that was actually pretty quick by the rep. I spoke to. She said normal hold time is about an hour to speak to a person. Wow, I feel stupid I am paying for this service at this point. Only recommend it you have lots of time on your hands,a lot of patience and are not in any hurry to have anything fixed.

Our plan had only started a couple of days before our AC went out at 4pm on a Thursday with temp of 105--AHS got a repair service out on an emergency basis on Friday, the company that they used was one of the best in Redding with an A+ BBB rating. This is the second time we have subscribed to thier plan. The first time about three years ago they also handled repairs in a timely manner.
