Terrible! Both pool technicians you sent out said the heater was needing replacement.. They did Not test the water, We have regular service for our pool and our pool man said the chemicals were perfect. The heater is faulty and needs replacing… AHS refused to service or replace! I’m shopping for a different Warranty company who honors a pool coverage and warranty on equipment and on this newer pool heater that failed!!!

Have been going forth and back with my simple claim and two month later still not solved. wait time on the lines are 3/4 - 1 hour every time and you cannot email nor chat with them via their offered chat service. The have been sending a tech, but this tech did not service DSC range - GREAT. waiting at home for 4 hours to find out

I had a miserable experience with this company and won't be renewing. My AHS contract ended up costing me $630 ($175 for emergency plumber when AHS took more than 24 hours to respond, $60 trade fee, $385 modification fees), countless phone hours and five days of aggravation without water. In the end, the job was completed by an untrustworthy company who failed to communicate with me and outright lied. Additionally, this contract company has the lowest possible ratings on Angie's list and had their Better Business Bureau accreditation revoked in San Diego. Without AHS, I could have had similar out of pocket expenses but worked with a company I trust and had a water heater by Friday evening. I will not be renewing and, in fact, will not accept this as an option in future real estate transactions.
