The A******* Service (un) Protection with Lowes is a scam and the customer service along with Lowes gives you the run around. They either say they cant hear you on the phone, pretend like they dont understand you or argue that you arent compliant with their warranty!!!

Giving this company one star is OVER RATING it!! What a WASTE of money!! They have so many specific criteria whether or not a claim is covered, it's worthless!! We just had a breaker switch break and under the policy it should have been covered. BUT because my husband touched the switch (trying to turn it on) and it didn't turn on, they assumed that HE broke it. Yeah right. So the claim was denied!! We are out $500 on one claim because they are clueless on how to treat customers. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY on this company!! Insure yourself, it's cheaper in the longrun..or find a reputable company and not one that your realtor chooses for you!!!

We have had two repairs denied despite being listed as eligible items. By phone the customer service people tell me they should be approved, but when the vendors seek approval, they deny them instead. The warranty service plan has been a big waste of money and the deductible is high for being denied each time. The vendors we have been provdided with have all so been less than professional. We will not be renewing our plan.

Each time I would call for service, the response time was never less than a week, so I would end up canceling the call through AHS and call a local contractor that could respond the same or next day. So, I was paying for the warranty and my own repair calls. So, I called in February to cancel contracts on all 6 of my properties, AHS cancelled 4 of them, I was still getting charged monthly in April. After several phone calls, and being placed on hold for more than 15 minutes each time, they will not credit past charges, stating they have no notes, and only cancelled effective today, while informing me he has all the rights to change me a $35 cancellation fee for having an address in California. Very unprofessional.
