The A******* Service (un) Protection with Lowes is a scam and the customer service along with Lowes gives you the run around. They either say they cant hear you on the phone, pretend like they dont understand you or argue that you arent compliant with their warranty!!!

Giving this company one star is OVER RATING it!! What a WASTE of money!! They have so many specific criteria whether or not a claim is covered, it's worthless!! We just had a breaker switch break and under the policy it should have been covered. BUT because my husband touched the switch (trying to turn it on) and it didn't turn on, they assumed...View More that HE broke it. Yeah right. So the claim was denied!! We are out $500 on one claim because they are clueless on how to treat customers. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY on this company!! Each time I would call for service, the response time was never less than a week, so I would end up canceling the call through AHS and call a local contractor that could respond the same or next day.
