AHS dispatched MISTER FREEZE HVAC to service my air conditioning system. They quickly diagnosed the problem (weak starting capacitor) and determined the coolant level needed some replenishment. Very quickly I had 47-degree F coming from the remote air flow outlets. Service team was courteous and professional.

I\'ve had 4 repair requests with AHS and 3 of the 4 have been fantastic with the repair requests taken care of very easily. 1 repair on our AC had some issues with the vendor not calling us back in a timely fashion, but AHS was willing to fix the issue so I consider that a wash. I heard many stories about problems with home warranty companies but so far I've been happy with AHS and would recommend them as a provider!

The $$ they charge is great in comparison to what I was paying for my other home warranty (and that company was horrible) Do your research and you will see that AHS has great ratings. Anthem Mechanical, the contractor, sent a knowledgeable technician who willingly explained the system use and preventive maintenance requirements. My first request from AHS and it proved to be a winner. Recommended I replace a slowly failing blower motor capacitor at $60 that seemed a safe bet to prevent failure on some future cold night.
