Although it did take a few visits, my washing machine is up and running! Repair technician was polite, friendly, and respectful. Would recommend this company to anyone who owns a home.

AHS does a great job in timely setting up work orders and dispatching contractors. I have been a customer for many years. AHS has been a great help in providing home maintenance over the years. The contractors are very knowledgeable and efficient at solving issues.

Old Republic Home Protection

We had a overflow in both bathrooms and sewage for the second time in 2 1/2 yrs. We called ORP and they agreed for us to have our pipes scoped with a camera. We were shown our pipes and they had two breaks in them. The Plumber said the pipes were broken and I saw on camera and they indeed were broken. I called ORP and was told it wasn't in our cont...View Moreract to cover the front of the house it had to be internally before they would repair them. I told the supervisor so what are we to do we are stuck in a house where we had to got by a porta potty like for camping just to use the bathroom? She said she was sorry but we had the standard plan and if we had upgraded they would cover some of the charges. I was totally irritated after 7 years of paying their prices and not being able to use their insurance. When my plan expires so will my using their service ever again. I am telling everyone I know to stay away from this rip off company who should be closed down due to all the complaints that I have read. They ought to be ashamed taken peoples money and not honoring their contract. We bought this home 7 years ago and were recommended this insurance by the real estate company, I will call and let them know that no upgrade was offered and I will never use this company or them again. The service people I contacted were honest and came right away but I chose them not Old Republic. The Customer service rep for the plumbers that came tried to explain to the supervisor Alex about the problem but she stuck with her story of us not having the full coverage which if I had had it ,it would have only covered a portion of the service. So people beware you don't always get what you think your getting in these so called upgrades when you buy a home.View Less
