Our dryer stopped heating. Within one day I had a repair man here. there was a discussion over what was covered but the company came through and my clothes are dry once again. This is the second time in a year that same problem occurred but I am satisfied the dryer is good to go for many more years now. I am very happy as I looked at the cost of replacement dryers...

Dryer was making a terrible noise, I went online and scheduled service. Got a call for Antech Appliance within minutes of clicking on the service request. It did take a fews days for them to come out & order the parts that were needed and about a week to get the parts to install. The service tech was extremely clean, thorough, fast & polite. Dryer is working great!

I just bought my home less than 30 days ago. After being in the house 7 days I called for a plumbing issue and scheduled an appointment. Before the plumber came to the house I received a call This is the worst case of an insurance company out there. They want the money but dont want to service the policy later.

Hard to reach by phone with at least half hour holds. After a weeks wait, they had ordered wrong part and started over. These people don't know what they are doing and their customer service is zero. I'm looking for a more reputable supplier for my home warranty.
