On a Sunday in January, the inner window of my oven exploded. I called AHS, made arrangements for the deductible payment and in less that 30 minutes had been assigned to a vendor. In less than a week, the technician was in my home diagnosing the problems. The parts needed to be ordered and would take a few days to get here. In just eleven days, my oven was fixed and back in service. My previous Warranty company took over 2 months to fix my washer, charged me twice to have the same company come out, and really did not seem to care if my washer ever got fixed. Dealing with American Home Shield has been a much better experience. I recommend this Warranty Company to anyone who is needing this type of insurance.

have been AHS customer for more than two years. My air conditioner is broken recently due to broken parts (evaporator coil and Txv). AHS refuses to honor the contract and fix my air conditioner by replacing the broken parts only suggested AHS chosen air conditioner repair company.
