Save yourself the trouble and don’t purchase any warranty program with Lowes. In fact, my experience with their warranty company makes me question if I will ever in fact do business with Lowes again. We purchase a 1300 washer one year ago. It broke this week. Dealing with the warranty company has been a nightmare from start to finish. They schedule the service 8am to 5pm and no one shows. After that another company comes out to which a rude and unqualified technician comes and I actually told him he could not enter our home. Third time we were told a company can come out in a few days… then the company called and said two weeks!!! Forget it! Save yourself time, money, and effort. Shop somewhere else

Fridge went out on 4/24, filed claim same day. took 2 companies to get one to come out soonest which wasn\'t until following Tue. On weekend spent 60 min on hold (20 min, 3 diff times) and with no help on speeding up service. Everyone is stuck at home so tough being without a fridge. Needed new inverter which needed to be ordered. After calling a number of times the part wasn't ordered by AHS until the following Monday morning, why?? don't ask me...no idea how it could take that long. Finally on Wed got a call that the contractor can be out on Friday to repair it which they did, but it took 2 whole weeks to get it done when i could've ordered the part myself or picked it up a week and a half earlier. Every time i called i was on hold, and got disconnected after 20 minutes a few times. The customer service dept said they know this happens and state its cause of the amount of calls due to Covid. Secondly i asked a number of times for a supervisor to call me back but never have i gotten one call at all. I will be switching companies regardless of cost. Horrible Horrible Customer Service.

I got the standard text right away but within an hour I had a phone call from the repair service and had an appointment on Monday afternoon. The repair person knew exactly what the problem was and had the part (just a blown fuse) on hand. This is my third submission (came with a home purchase) and all have been just like this.

The folks have the worse customer service I have ever experienced in any business. Beware! Do not buy their services...it is a rip off. They align themselves with very poor, cheap, and unprofessional service groups such as Accord Appliances. They arrived early for a set appointment, then left and said it was my fault. They will send out technicians that are not qualified, then send others out expecting you to wait in a 5 hour window or more. Their phone service is crazy poor! Consistently you will wait at least 15 minutes before someone picks you up. Then they will put you on hold without telling you or just hang up and not call you back. DO NOT BUY THEIR SERVICES! They are a SCAM!
