My air conditioning was not working properly. I sent in for a service request. I immediately received an email w the name of the company that would be handling the repair. The technician reached out to me within 24 hours to make an appt w me. The repair company let me know what time they would arrive and they were prompt. The technician was professional and explained everything to me. I was very satisfied w his visit. Home shield communicated each step of the way and followed up to make sure I was satisfied w the repair.

The serviceman was professional, neat and clean and his personality was great. He repaired the microwave while making funny comments that made the time pass quickly. He was knowledgable of what needed to be done inorder to complete the repair. Customer services researched the first available tech to assist with the service call, and Sears was the choice and a good one at that. You don't realize how much you miss that microwave until you can't use it!!!
