I was very skeptical when I signed up. So far so good. One time you came out couldn’t fix it but thank goodness on my side it was not broken! Washing machine has about 1000 pounds on top so it doesn’t walk away but it’s doing my laundry lbeautifully! Last visit was fixing my air conditioning and I was very impressed. Not looking forward to breakdowns but looking forward to calling you when I have them. Thank you very much for your integrity

I have recently purchased a home and with it American Home Shield--recommended by my realtor. What a terrific warranty. So far have had AHS out for two appliances...the customer service, professionalism, quickness of taking care of the problem, has been terrific. I have had other home warranties previously where it cost the same yearly price, but then service call was free but fixing the problem always cost...if that company agreed it was covered. SAVE YOURSELF a lot of aggravation and select another company. Air Conditioning failed again ( 4th time in 5 months) Called 11/21/20 for service, tech showed up 4 days later on 11/24, said need to order new evaporator coil, called 11/27 was told would install new coil 11/30, no one showed up on 11/30, called & spoke to 3 different representatives on 11/30, one said will call me back with status, did not call back, another said will have supervisor call me, supervisor did not call, other one said will call me tomorrow & she did, said Tech was on his way to pick up the new coil, Tech showed up on 12/2 , this is now 12 days from first call without Air Conditioning in South Florida & Tech repairs old coil, did not install new coil as was told they were going to, if was going to repair why wasn`t repair then done 9 days earlier when Tech came out the first time ? I have probably called on this service call alone 15 times & continued to ask to have an Executive call me to discuss, was told over & over will have Supervisor call you or the contractor relations will call, no one calls me back. I have dates, names, badge # of employees I spoke to & most just continue to apologize , but no results, no return calls. AGAIN SAVE YOURSELF AND SELECT ANOTHER COMPNAY, DO NOT USE american home shield ahs.

Expect to wait over 30 minutes when making any calls to their customer service and then speaking with someone that doesn\'t speak English. I have been a customer for over 2 years but am canceling and going with a different company. They over-promise and under-deliver. They send out a vendor that makes the original issue worse and then wants to send them back out for the repair.... Very frustrating.....

I\'m having problems with the water heater first visit contractor replce water heater elements After a few months the water Heater started to leak water call back Explain to AHS water heater not working proper after the first visit It took a week for someone to come and take a look at the water heater contractor recommend to replace water heater I ask if it was cover contractor call AHS Dispach for approval they Confirm everything was OK I was told supervisor was going to contact me never heard from nobody call back AHS many times each time I had to wait over a hour on the phone The excuse i got was there waiting for approval from the contracting company I call contracting company some excuse that they were waiting for approval from AHS The funny thing is I receive a email to rate the service because the company have close the work order as complete call back wait over a HR to Create another service order after waited over 3 weeks AHS decide to send a second opinion from another contractor to replace the water heater @ NO!! charged second contractor Was not aware of the situation thinking there were the only ones that so that unit after Spending more time and miss a day of work contractor spend 10 minutes tell me that I need to pay over $300 to replace the water heater because There were parts was not covered by contract I was told that everything cover 100% from the first visit

So far so good! As a single mom, I just can\'t fix everything. For the things I can\'t do, the repairmen have come out when I need, and have taken care of the problems. They also have taught me a lot about maintenance of Ac, Appliances, and plumbing so that I can reduce calls in the future. I would have thought I needed new things for stuff easily fixed! The website is easy to use, too.

Customer service was terrific. The resolution to our issues exceeded our expectations. There were some issues with our washer repair/replacement, but I am certain that the issues originated with the contractor, not AHS. While the washer situation caused some concerns, we are happy with the outcome, and the other two repair contractors were terrific. We are very happy with the overall level of service provided.

I was calling to reduce some of the enhanced features on my policy. I held for 30 minutes for customer service. After explaining my reason for calling, CS made a note, then transferred me to an agent. I held another 15 minutes then hung up. Your service is TERRIBLE! I believe that I should be cancelling this policy. CS said that I would be contacted in 24 hours. I'll await your call.
