I\'m happy with the warranty itself, but any time I need to call the company to speak to customer service, it\'s at least a 60-minute wait! Last time I waited over 2 hours. They need to get adequate staffing. When I do get through to an agent, they are always friendly and helpful.

All good plumbing was the best you ever had. THE service repair company\'s you used in the past never had parts with them. It was always a two day fix with days and weeks in between fixing, by the time they ordered parts. I paid well 0ver 8,000.00 in all the years i was with them and i just received a notice that they are dropping me because i put in a claim. The claim i put in was because the first time they fixed something it was done wrong and they had to pay All good plumbing to fix it. All good plumbing was the best service company they ever used.

Our most recent service experience was a good one. The contractor didn't receive the initial message from AHS, but after contacting AHS a day later, the contractor made an appointment and arrived on-time. We had to get the contractor back out to finish a minor item from the initial visit and the individual finished in two minutes, laughing that "this will be my easiest service call of the day!" Overall we were well pleased. Not everything goes as planned, but what we would call good customer service on both parts of AHS and the contractor left us satisfied.

We have been AHS customers for years, we have our rental property covered by AHS and over the years we have referred many satisfied friends/family/ and co-workers to AHS. Some years we never use their service, other years multiple times. Everytime we do, the repair people who have been contracted out through AHS have been professional and courteous. When it comes to replacing a major item that is no longer repairable for whatever reason AHS Stands up to their contract and replaces the item. We have had items such as our Central AC unit, front loading wash machine and our refrigerator replaced with comparable if not better ones. Having AHS coverage gives us peace of mind knowing they are there when needed.
