I\'ve been very pleased in having AHS. The reason I put the timeliness rating in the so so category is because when I needed a/c service a 2nd time I had to call for urgency otherwise I would\'ve had to have our renters wait for 3 days. However, I was able to resolve this issue and they were helpful to connect us with an a/c place that came to the house to correct our a/c issue. Overall, I think this has been a life saver for us.

I have had to call this company several times over the past 5 years and the only problems I had was with the contractors they work with (and I was quickly given new contractors to contact).The company seems to go out of the way to get repairs done. Would definetly reccomend.

i have been paying monthly premiums for 3 years. i haved used the service 3 times. small issues.once needed a part for the a/c unit. tech aid it would be 3 days to get it. we gave him a tip of $50.00 and magically the unit was repaired that afternoon. now pool pump is squealing..drips and puddles sent to check pump. pool pump outside..of course..and exposed to sprinkler system...ours not turned on..and that is the problem..and now not covered by warranty...we have been paying for years!!!!!! who are these people drips and puddles ?????? exposed to water..are they crazy...another way to collect the money and do nothing !!!! ...word to the wise....pass this by !!!!
