They double charged me for a service fee, it took over 8 weeks to get it off my account. At least 6 phone calls of 25 minutes or more. The customer service people tried to do the right thing, I just got the run around for 8 weeks. It finally was corrected.

since I have had AHS, I have only used them once when my microwave broke, they were very helpful , pleasant and professional. However, he was not able to fix my micro and I had to get a new one whichAHS helped with, I have been very satisfied for many years, unfortunately this one is malfunctioning, but I don't think it can be fixed, the buttons on the second row do not work, but right now I can't afford the $70 or so fee for a technician to come to the house so I will wait and save up. But I am very happy with AHS.
