My toilet started filling to the brim. AHS was immediately responsive and the serviceman came the very next day and even called when he realized he\'d be later than promised because of something out of his control . He\'s wonderful, courteous and professional. He spent all the time it took to fix the problem and was infinitely patient when his first idea didn't work. I think he and AHS are more than worth the money.

Dove Plumbing LLC out of Belleview, Florida replaced our water heater. I submitted online service request on Sunday, contractor called first thing Monday morning and said someone would be out between 0900-1100. Contractor showed up at 0900 exactly, evaluated the water heater, communicated with AHS for approval, and received approval immediately from AHS. Water heater and necessary parts were ordered and the contractor arrived on Friday to perform the removal and replacement. Excellent job, very friendly technician spent a good 10 minutes providing instruction on the new water heater and periodic maintenance requirements. Excellent service!!

American Home Shield holds the highest standards when picking their partners. It's clear that they care about the people who represent their name. The breaker to our furnace blew one night while the outside temperatures were dipping down into the 20's. Instead of the repair company that AHS selected to work on my case keeping my place in the queue, they promptly shuffled around a few appointments in order to have a technician come out the very next morning. The technician was very kind, courteous and helpful. He explained everything to me, so that I never felt in the dark about what was going on with my home repair. Oh, he also didn't mind that I was peering over his shoulder the entire time! The technician saw it fit to rebuild my entire fuse box given the damage and the age of the surrounding parts. What was once an area of concern that finally came into the spotlight due to the furnace breaker blowing out is now not even a whisper of a worry in my mind thanks to American Home Shield. In my 5 year experience with AHS, I would say that they and their partners display industry leading customer service. They genuinely care about the well-being of their customers and that is why I continue to renew my service year after year. Thanks for caring about me and my family, American Home Shield!

I paid $73.24 a month for complete coverage for over a year. First and only call for service, was today- 2/10/12- for a water leak in my kitchen. They said no one would come out for four days ( weekend in the middle) and instead told me to turn off water to the entire house. When I asked if they would locate someone to access the problem quicker and help me- they said no. For $880 a year, I thought as the contract provided there was immediate help available. I spoke with a supervisor named Kamesha Arnold- really not helpful and unpleasant. This company oversells it services. I cancelled my contract and will be charging back for as long as my charge card will help me. Wish I knew this earlier- I paid for a year and obtained no service as promised. This company is terrible.
