I am very disappointed with the service from AHS. The customer service is terrible. The wait time on calls is 30 mins. and more. I waited one hour on a call. Each representative would give me different answers about the same issue. They need to screen their contractors more, to make sure they know what they are doing. Too many instances where parts and service is not covered. My overall experience was not good. Sadly I had to cancel, just costing me too much money and nothing was fixed. In my opinion AHS lacks professionalism, with no customer service to address customer complaints or issues.

My washer broke, so I submitted my repair request online. I had a call from the contractor before noon. The tech came to the house in 2 days, but had to order parts. The tech repaired the machine 2 days later. They were professional and polite. A well done job.

Our last contact with AHS involved our pool equipment going down. The contractor arrived as scheduled and was very professional. The job took a few days, as parts needed to be ordered. But everything was repaired in less than a week.

Your choice of service company's have improved over the years that I have been with your insurance. They seem more helpful and knowledgable in the last 3 years. They respond in a timely manner to make appointments and arrive promptly. They have been courteous, responsible and efficient with explanations clearly presented and repairs completed to our satisfaction. Other than rising annual prices and the fact that no one contacted me to advise me that I could have gotten more coverage for a cheaper price since you implemented new contracts, I have been satisfied. I feel that long term clients deserve calls to update our coverage when you find ways to cover with less annual payment. If I had not initiated a call to change my payment plan I would have never signed a new contract at the lower rate. For now I will keep your insurance because I rent out our condo and feel that you provide a useful service because I am not there to handle appliance breakdowns. All and all I would recommend your company for those in need of your services.

Jay's Appliance always contact me the same day of my request. They always show up on time. They always fix the problem. They keep the space clean. They are very nice on the phone and in person. I am extremely happy with Jay's Appliance, and always request them. I don't like any other contractor coming to my home.
