My refrigerator and my A/C broke at the same time. My A/C was fixed in what I felt was a reasonable timeframe. Up and running within a couple of days. My refrigerator, on the other hand, is still not fixed. Going on 2 weeks now, waiting for the part. Living out of coolers with a houseful people, is inconvenient, to say the least. I’m hoping to wrap this up soon. Customer service said she would call me late last week with an update on the part. She did not.

Air condition repair visit included cleaning the coil. The work was done very professional and it included two visit one to diagnose the problem and check to see if it was cover by the insurance and the second visit was cleaning the coil. The air condition is working fine now.

Read the contract carefully. They won\'t treat you like an individual and look at your situation at all! Their customer service people need you to explain things multiple times to understand and they are not empowered to help you at all. I was denied coverage and had to literally fight and threaten to cancel my contract with AHS to get some sort of resolution. I have had services done that were bandaids and then at 61 days after things are "fixed" they break again and I'm forced to pay the service fee again or live with the problem. I have had people come out and say oh, we can't fix this and they offer me no resolution for the problem. These are three separate things that have happened on three separate claims. It feels like the technicians they work with are 50% good and 50% crap. We're seriously considering canceling because I don't know if there is any true value to continuing to pay this for us.

The service was quick and very good . Advance is a very good company to do business with. My only problem is that the air conditioner still makes a loud noise night and day. It runs a lot more than it should also. I'm surprised that my neighbors have not complained about the noise . The service man said the noise is because the compressor is near going out!!! ..........sometimes I want to scream because of the noise! I have no complaints about the customer service or the man in general .He was nice and very polite.

I was very pleased with the last two service calls I had from AHS. I had a problem with my heating unit not working. I called on Monday and the serviceman came Tuesday morning. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He was able to repair our heating system within a few hours. The same day I called in a service call about my oven not heating and a problem with my dryer. He was able to repair the oven and it works great. However, the problem with my dryer could not be fixed. The buzzer doesn't sound when the time is up on the dryer. He said there were no parts for it because it was too old. I have been setting my own timer for a while now, so that is ok with me also. He was a very pleasant man and knew the appliances very well. He also came the next day after I called. I am very pleased with AHS and have recommended it to friends.

The response of AHS to my refrigerator problems was very satisfactory. Although the appliance could not be repaired due to the unavailability of the necessary parts, the resolution to replace the appliance was quite acceptable. However, we still await the reimbursement of our out of pocket expenses incurred for the purchase of the preferred replacement appliance.

I was very happy because the item repaired was covered and the part replaced I still don't have it completely fixed I have to wait another 2 weeks for another part to come in..,I have 7 homes and will bring them all evenually to you i w ish you would give a discount for having them all with you not just for a one time thing to bring them over and then the price goes back up..
