Air condition repair visit included cleaning the coil. The work was done very professional and it included two visit one to diagnose the problem and check to see if it was cover by the insurance and the second visit was cleaning the coil. The air condition is working fine now.

I have had services done that were bandaids and then at 61 days after things are "fixed" they break again and I'm forced to pay the service fee again or live with the problem. I have had people come out and say oh, we can't fix this and they offer me no resolution for the problem. These are three separate things that have happened on three separate claims. It feels like the technicians they work with are 50% good and 50% crap. We're seriously considering canceling because I don't know if there is any true value to continuing to pay this for us. However, the problem with my dryer could not be fixed. The buzzer doesn't sound when the time is up on the dryer. He said there were no parts for it because it was too old. I have been setting my own timer for a while now, so that is ok with me also. He was a very pleasant man and knew the appliances very well. He also came the next day after I called.
