I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator Spring of 2019 with the extended plan, Within the 1st 6 months the door of the ice maker water dispenser needed to be replaced. That went well in my opinion but was covered from factory. Recently July 22 the door switch broke and water dispenser and icemaker quit again. The translation to the repair company wasn't even close so they showed up without parts. A week later they changed out the switch, then the control panel, and now hopes the door replacement will fix it again. Note this doesn't count has 4 repairs. Only 2 because they go by service calls, not the amount of darts thrown at the problem. The door was ordered in July with a 9/2 delivery date. Now the delivery date is blank with unknown backorder date. Repair company was told by Lowes that I have to wait 8-12 weeks for a new door to be manufactured even though there is no ETA or confirmation its being built. After phone call to Lowes again, with escalation and told there would be a response within 2 business days. No response from them, 2nd phone call spoke to supervisor they told me their report would get me a response within 2 business days. No response, 2 weeks later same thing with another supervisor. No drinking water or ice from a warrantied product for a total of at least 3 months before the next step can be taken. I expected them to take action when the delivery date went blank as I have been a loyal Lowes customer up until this point. After this kind of service I'm truly disappointed I put my trust in Lowes and this plan. 5 phone calls to Lowes and no response. Shame on your customer service.

I purchased a Frigidaire microwave at Lowes with the Lowes protection plan. I had a very bad experience with the service from Lowes and the microwave company. It took them 3 visits including ordering wrong parts and lost parts, and took 5 weeks to get the microwave repair. No other options from Lowes except to sit tight and wait. With that type of inconvenience for our family, including babies, I would have preferred to just buy a new microwave. The microwave worked for around 4 weeks before it broke again. Lowes offered to send the technicians again. No options to replace it. Needless to say I preferred to refuse service and just bought a new microwave, obviously with a different company. I strongly recommend against Lowes service plan and service!

Contractor who came to look at my AC was rude and unhelpful. Not the first time for this particular individual and he has a history of unprofessional behavior within the neighborhood. Next door neighbor had him out for a new AC install estimate and received the same unprofessional treatment. Not naming the subcontractor because all of the folks who work their don't deserve criticism. Work was performed on 1 March 2018. The company AHS subcontracts with doesn't carry enough bench stock and that causes delays in fixing problems especially with AC units.

Been on hold for over an hour-still no one bothering to pick up-keeps saying your call is important to us. Really? I cancelled a service for a furnace on 12-28-17-they took out the $125.00 on 1-1-18-called twice so far-trying to get a refund. Its like talking to a wall. Promises that the money will be returned to our checking account-never happens. Stay far far away from this organization. They used to be very good-not sure why they have turned 360 degrees and are horrible. Shame on you

I am on hold estimated to be 45 minutes to talk to a supervisor about my refrigerator that has been broken for two weeks. The repairman only comes to my area on Mondays and Wednesdays. Since I have an 8:30 appointment that cannot be changed tomorrow I can\'t be here at 8:30 am. Monday is a holiday and they don\'t work on holidays. It will be another eight days before it can be fixed. There is only one service provider in my area and that provider says that he is short staffed. The warranty agent says there is nothing more she can do.
