This is absolutely the worst protection plan. I\'ve had no good results and been without a refrigerator for almost a month. Their plan is outsourced, and I get nowhere when talking to them. If I could give a minus star I would.

AHS is pathetic! Called AHS: paid $100.00 for a service call. NO ONE EVER came or answered my calls! Called AHS AGAIN: supposedly removed the service request and Supposedly refunded the $100.00 charge for service (UNRENDERED). AHS phone rep, supposedly ordered a second work/repair order for Sears repairman: Sears does NOT exist in this region! Charged two $100.00 service fees. Over a month ago. NO REFUND and NO REPAIR! Requested they cancel my account and refund my money. I received a check for less than $2.00. Two Dollars!!!

I know when my AHS payment is due. I dont need the late notices in the mail, emails or phone calls telling me it\'s a final notice. I plan to renew and know the payment is due at the end of August. It will get paid on time.

Very poor service when my hot water heater broke. Only offered me one vendor for repairs amd they qouted me a ridiculous amount to repair above my coverage. They also were not able to repair or do the wotk for 5 days! I had to find my own vendor and paid out of pocket amd AHS only reimbursed me 1/4 of my cost plus took my $100 deductible.

I have submitted two tickets for needed repairs, once via the phone and once online and each time received an immediate response. The technicians arrived as promised and promptly repaired my air conditioning unit. Actually, a company that had been servicing the unit had told me I needed to replace it and had given me quotes for a new one. The technician Home Shield sent repaired the unit and it has been humming like a bird for a year now. Well worth my annual premium.
