Samsung Washer -water gushing out the front. Call on the 9th, scheduled for the 13th. Get a call from repair company and they say they did not have the 13th open, have to change to the 20th. I\'m expecting them to tell me what time on the 20th, nope. On the 20th, they leave me a message that goes straight to VM saying they can\'t get in the gate. I call right back and he says he already left. They can't come back until the 1st of the next month. I call Lowes and tell them I want a different company. They change it and that company can come on the 26th. At 4PM the 25th, they call and say Lowes gave them the wrong serial number. I rush home to get it for them, but now they won't know until the morning if they will have the part, If not, they'll try to get out this week. A month without a washer.

Customer service DOES NOT EXIST. Hours on the phone this afternoon getting bounced around and nobody can help me. This is beyond frustrating. The reps I’ve spoken to are mostly idiots. I’ve had to explain the situation over and over to people that are unable to help me. This shouldn’t be my problem, but somehow it is.

They have been good at most times but the last few things have been a bit of a struggle. Not happy with the newest one of the freon charges, and how they bill. I asked to move my payment to the middle of the month and they really frown on that for some reason. I\'m considering another company at the moment.

I will never use this company again. There is an average of a 45 minute wait to talk to a representative. The representatives tell you what they think you want to hear. They made me pay twice for a service call that was misdiagnosed and they won\'t refund their $75.00 service call fee. The HVAC companies they contract with won\'t make emergency service calls on a weekend or in the evening when the representatives tell you that they will. AND now they won't let me cancel my monthly subscription without jumping through hoops. DO NOT USE THEM!!

We had one of the pump motors for our pool fail, and AHS responded quickly through its pool vendor Aqua-Chem. The replacement pump was quickly and correctly installed. All is fine now. It should be noted that the pool machinery mad it through hurricane IRMA without further damage.

This is a great product especially if you are a rental property owner. I will say that the conmunication between AHS and the customer (me) is not as good as it should be. Having said that, they do dispatch rather quickly and I usually work with their vendors directly. AHS has good customer service and they are not reluctant to pay a claim. Meaning, if it is covered and a problem occurs, the will pay the claim without hassle. Again, I think they need to work on their follow up skills.
