Had fridge trouble and AHS was helpful and effective every step of the way in getting the problem resolved completely!!!! The technicians that came out were professional, efficient, and worked hard to make sure I was completely satisfied and that the fridge was running right and the issues were taken care of! My most recent claim was a nightmare. Our furnace went out just before Christmas (on a Friday). We were unable to get approval to go ahead with the work and it was 4:00 on a Friday, going into Christmas weekend, with company coming, below freezing temperatures. I had to make the decision to go ahead with repairs without approval. It took over a month to clear up the issue. I am happy to report that you all did the right thing and paid for the repair....and that is why I am still a customer.

In October we were having a warm spell, and unfortunately at the same time we began to have some cooling issues with the HVAC. I put in a request with AHS, and they promptly responded that they assigned a service firm to contact us. The firm reached out to us almost immediately, and we were able to arrange an appointment within 24 hrs. The technician for the service firm kept me updated on their anticipated arrival time, and when he arrived he immediately identified and corrected the issue. He was professional, and explained the issue in terms I could understand. Our cooling issue was resolved timely.

I am rating two years of performance of American Home Shield and Air Zone for the repair and replacement of my central air conditioning. IT COULD NOT BE WORSE! It took them three weeks in July, 2011 to repair my air conditioner. Three weeks in July in southern Florida. Air Zone fixed the same air conditioner again in the first week of May, 2012. It broke again a week later. Not all replacement parts are covered by AHS. I had to cough up $1,000 for $200 worth of parts not covered by warrantee. Since I took pictures of the parts prior to installation (certainly my right), the installer (a sub to Air Zone) did not feel "comfortable". Well, how about me. It's 85 degrees in my bedroom. As a result of the installer's discomfort, I am being punished another week. Three weeks to install an a/c unit with the parts in at 4 days after failure. Run away! Run away! Run away!
