Lowe’s Protection Plans
An hour on hold to request repair. The contracted company called to inform me that they couldn’t come the appointed day. In the meantime, found the electrical problem . Another hour wait on hold to cancel the request. Then the ‘real person’ said “can’t help you because our system is down - call back in an hour!” Also, the contracted local company didn’t get my answering machine message to cancel . They called after the appointment time and said the tech was running late — didn’t get my message ! Buffoons.
