Filed claim for reimbursement for a part (refrig water filter) $18.05 online 3-24-2022. After no response called on 4-2 was sent email form to be filled out and told would receive email credit in 3 business days. Called 4-15 was told Lowes preloaded card would be mailed and will receive in 1-2 weeks. Called 5-10 and was told the claim would be escalated and should hear a reply in 1-2 business days. Probably the worst customer service we have received in decades. Don't even want to give them 1 star

Waiting on the phone to report the ice maker not making ice. It has been over 1hour and counting. Recording message said continue to hold and we are very important to them. Not event has option for call back numbers. I think I have been scammed into buying the extended warranty.

They were fantastic! I emailed that my stove wasn\'t working and they contacted me right away. We set up a payment for the service call and they indicated a service person would be in touch within 24 hours. Once I received the email we set an appointment. He was here on time and explained everything that would need to be done and that all the parts would be included in what I had already paid. One part had to be ordered so he had to come back to finish the job. The repairs were done in a very professional manner and I was very happy with the whole process.

I\'ve always purchased a Home Warranty when buying a home. Just never know what condition appliances and AC are really in. I\'ve only had to use it a few times but it was well worth it. Each time I had to use... the CSR were very knowledgeable and very helpful in walking us thru the process. They didn\'t hide anything. As a Realtor and homeowner, I have always recommended new buyers to purchase a Home Warranty. It's worth the cost per year to protect against big losses at one time.
