A technician was at my house 2 weeks ago. We do not have heat. We are suffering as we have been experiencing weather temperatures in the 40\'s. The Cinch Home Services customer representatives tell me the parts are still on order. Six days ago a representative told me they moved the order to a "Rush" status. This was a great experience. Our water heater stopped working on New Year\'s Eve and I filed a claim with AHS. The next day I got an appointment with a plumber and by January 2 everything was repaired. We are very grateful for the prompt response and excellent customer service we received from AHS.

I do not have enough words to describe the disappointment with AMERICAN HOME SHIELD. My dishwasher has not been working for more than TWO months and they do nothing to help expedite the resolution. The technician has been in my house around 7 times. I keep calling AHS and Gulf Repair (technician) to ask for updates, and it is like talking to a wall. They both have no interest in solving my issue or being proactive whatsoever. AHS keeps sending bills for a charge that I'm not responsible for, and they acknowledged that.

Fraud! Refused cover external heat pump because of mold in tray of inside unit on my attic. The contractor sent for second opinion told that his company gets clients from AHS and he will never write an opinion which made them pay if they refuse. Unfortunately I have no money to get them to court.

well to start thay dont cover anything thay charge 100 dollers for there people to come out then thay dont cover it so its all out of pocket so i dont really know what thay cover at all thay just want your money cause you pay them for the year up front then thay charge you for them to come out to do noughting about it how nice is that dont go with them

Winners? Are you kidding? Today I had 3 attempts to contact their client service to fix error made by their web-based service request system.... Gave up acfter 40+ minutes waiting time...Try to login your web account? Nope - page not found error... Average time from first call to get finally fixed 10-15 days not sure if this is their approvals take that long or parts delivered slow. Contractors which they use... I had problems with them half of the times. All of these based on 2 years expirience.. five or six calls.... Winners? Ok. May be...

My most recent experience with AHS was when my air conditioner went out. It was very warm(80 degree out) and I had just returned from a trip and had company. I called AHS at 8:11am on the 17th and reported my problem; by the 19th, I had my new air conditioning unit installed and the house began cooling down. The men were clean and very polite. They went right to work and completed the installation, cleaned up the area and I was writing my check by that afternoon.
