After setting up an appointment, the contractor called within a reasonable amount of time and set the appointment date and time. The contractor completed the the job and the problem was fixed. The cost was only the deductible. Great.

The onsite service was wonderful. The gentleman was professional, prompt and extremely informative and communicative. However the problem seems to only have been temporarily fixed and we are starting to experience the same issues again.
