This warranty is waste of money. Realtor or seller will try to use it as a "peace of mind". Starting with the fact that it takes days to get technician out and ending with the fact that they will look for any way to try to avoid replacing a broken item that is CLEARLY needs to be replaced. They will keep "fixing" it where you are forced to pay a significant amount of either deductible or for items they don't cover (like refrigerant) money to fix it every few months and end up being forced to simply buy a new item because AHS will refuse to replace the item or compensate you fairly. Again, WASTE OF MONEY.

Generally great services. Very resposive and good technicians assigned. The warranty has avoided some major expenses, although the exception for coolent (Freon/R132) is troubliing. The $100 service call does not include coolent and I have been charged $75 per pound of coolent needed in addition to the service call. A somewhat con\mforting service, but not totally.

We needed a new hot water heater because of a leak. AHS replaced the tank after a delay because of a termite problem under the heater. The contractor was efficient and found the termite issue which we resolved thru our homeowners insurance. The final product is working fine.

In a span of 5 hours from the time that I reported my problem with my range, my problem was resolved. When I reported my problem, I was told that a service person would call that day and setup an appointment. I did not realize that the call would occur within 1 hour and he would be on-site and fix my problem within a 5 hour window. It was fast, efficient, and he was super courteous. High marks for the great service.

I have been a customer of AHS for quite a few years now and what impresses me the most besides the professional and courteous customer service is the prompt action they take on getting whatever problem you need to have fixed quickly and efficiently.
