Cinch is the worse home warranty company! It was Total Choice and I never had any trouble for many years. Then it became Cinch. We\'ve been sitting here for over a week with a leaking pipe to our water pump. We have to keep it turned off at the breaker to keep the pump from running constantly and burning it up. We turn it on once a day to be able to flush both toilets of the waste of the day. I have to fill jugs with water and take a quick shower so we can turn the pump back off. Do you think the CEO and other Cinch execs would like having to live under these conditions? I think not! Cinch finally got an appointment for us for today, 12/16/22, between 10 am-4pm. The technician never came and never bothered calling to tell us. When I called Cinch to intervene, they must have transferred me to the company assigned to do the work. I was on hold for 1 hr and 20 min. I finally hung up and called Cinch back. After taking my information, the representative promptly hung up on me. Here we sit in the same situation we had over a week ago. Our hot water heater, electrical panel and both toilets went out this past spring. The rep at Cinch rudely told me to find my own provider. I'm still trying to get the six grand back that I had to charge for those repairs. I suppose I'll never see that money. So, I guess I'll have to find my own provider now for the pump. I'll never be reimbursed for this one either. I wish I could have had the option to give no stars to Cinch on this review. If you're considering a home warranty, whatever you do DON’T BECOME A CUSTOMER OF CINCH!! STAY AWAY!! They must like lawsuits because they've been sued by customers and another one is about to do it after I've dropped them. They are horrible!!

found a leak in my air conditioning and hot water closet. it wasn\'t a major leak but was ruining my wood floor outside the closet. Called AHS @ the issue. They had a plumbing co contact me. This was @ 3:30 PM. they didn\'t have any one available till 8 AM. I found the leak; it was coming from the AC overflow pipe. i was able to get a steam table pan under where the leak was coming from. I then raised the temp on the thermostat which slowed the leak. The plumbing co arrived @ 8:10 and found that someone had repaired a hole in the pipe and covered it with tape. the repair had finally broken down and started leaking. The plumbing co inserted a new piece of pipe and solved the problem.

Air conditioner didn\'t work. Called and customer service made appointment fast. Live in Florida so always hot. Wish they were able to get someone out sooner took from Monday until Thursday for service. But I was happy with the whole process.

I wouldn\'t have anyone else. I always feel I was treated fairly.They are prompt and always send the best, no matter what it is. This last time I got a brand new water heater, but because my home is older, they had to up date the plumbing a bit and I hd to pay for that. I paid $365. total for an installed water heater. Had I wanted a tankless....it would have way, way, way more.

Its a great company . We are signing up for our 3rd year. The only problem I have is actually making the phone call. I just cringe every time I have to call, I have been on hold for and hour to an hour and 40 minutes. They need more customer service people to answer their phones. The wait time to talk to some one is ridiculous. Otherwise American Home Warranty is a great company to work with.

I called AMS for my dryer and they responded within a day. Then the repair company was at my house and my dryer was working again within the week. He even ordered and replaced parts which he thought were going bad and was working better then ever within a weeks time. He even comletely cleaned out the dryer and around back which you can not reach. The whole area was completely cleaned when he came both times. He called for an appointment and was on time with no waiting time at all.
