AHS uses very good service providers. They arrive when they say they will be there . The plumber resolved the issue and recommended a solution. When the work was performed it works fine. I had installed a toilet that would not flush. AHS sent a plumber and he ran a snake through the sewer line. Worked a time or two poorly. We had to travel for two weeks. When returned home toilet still wouldn’t flush. Called AHS and requested that they send a repairmen with longer snake. While he was here, he said line wasn’t blocked, the shower flour was dry. He suggested that the toilet we had manufacture flaw. Installed a replacement toilet. Works great.

Lowe’s Protection Plans

This is probably the worst warranty company I have ever dealt with. I have been without a working refrigerator for a month. They keep telling me the parts are coming, then the parts are on back order, then we can\'t replace it because they might can get the parts. It\'s crap. I will never buy another appliance from Lowes. If I could give a minus rating I would.

My basement flooded and I called AMS and I spoke with a representative. The representative asked me questions and informed me who the contractor was that they were sending to fix my problem. The representative gave me their name and telephone number and told me if I didn't hear from the company within a certain time frame to call. The company called and setup a date and time. The company came and fixed my problem and I was satisfied. The company explained everything in detail and they explained preventative maintenance.
