The reason of the low rating is that when I contacted AHS a dishwasher repair person came out to my house but it should had been a plummer. When the plummer came out he did not know how to fix the problem and said it was a dishwasher repair person problem. After getting the repair parts from Lowes to fix the problem I contacted the plummer supervisor and after a long conversation convinced him to send out another person. The new plummer knew exactly how to fix the problem and installed the parts I had purchased from Lowes. Problem solved.
