The technician told me the there was a leak and AHS would have to replace the system, but by the time AHS called me apparently the story had been changed and now they will not replace the system or send out another technician for a second opinion. I am thoroughly disappointed in AHS. I feel they just did not want to stand up to the contract. I have heard stories like this from others as well.

I am an actual customer of AHS for the past 3 years. My refrigerator that couldn\'t be repaired was replaced with a brand new one. My garage door was broken the motor wasn\'t working and AHS service repair person replaced the motor and got new remote controls. I can go on and on about AHS and their services, thumbs up to them and keep up the good work.

The customer service is great when I call in to request service but I haven\'t been the most pleased with the technicians sent out to do the repairs. So far my experience has not been the best with the contractors they partner with for the work.

Seems like the goal is to not pay for claims, based on comments and actions of service agents. Problems are patched and not solved ex: My AC has been leaking refridgerant the past 2 to 3 years and the tech shows up and gets it going, only to have to return the next spring to do it all over again.

The contractor was timely in gettin to us. However, it took two visits to cure the problem as he did not have the part. Luckily, my house has 2 A/C units and we can and did live downstairs. When he got the part he came and repaired the unit in a timely manner
