Lowe’s Protection Plans
If I could give a zero, I would. Trying to get someone out to repair a non working ice maker on Whirlpool fridge. First appointment no one showed up. Called Lowe’s and they said they were on their way but still a no show. Set up second appointment with a different company and once again a no show even after I called to see if they were coming and they said yes. Lowes should not use these companies to do their repair work and they should be embarrassed. Lowe’s says I can get it repaired myself and get reimbursed but I honestly don’t feel they would do it.
