I have smoke detector issue and they agent came told it is not covered under warranty and charged money to replace and the company charged service fee on top of that. I have called customer service multiple times and wasted 4 hours and 125$. Customer service agent was so rude and told me stop talking.

We had a problem with our furnace, during the coldest winter we have had in a long time. AHS was very prompt in sending out a repair service. I have always been very happy with the companies that they use. The repair people are always prompt and very friendly. This time, we couldn't duplicate the issue, and it took us a 2nd call to AHS and a 2nd repair call (we didn't have to pay for the follow up visit) to fix the problem. The company decided to just replace several parts that could be causing the problem, and then did a few other things that would hopefully prevent the issue from happening again. / We were very pleased with the company and the service they provided.

The last experience I had with AHS was replacing my stovetop due to a crack that could not be repaired. The serviceman that installed the replacement went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that the replacement was installed securely and properly. He even went under the house although he was not required to do so. He won me as a customer after such good service.
