Most recently our fridge was spitting out filmy water. No filters could solve the problem. After paying the $75 service fee, a technician came the following day to diagnose. Two weeks later, a new fridge has been installed since parts were no longer available for the old fridge. I probably would\'ve had the replacement installed faster if I wasn\'t out of town for a week.

Have not had great service calls. 90+ degree weather, called for issue with AC, repairman came over 3 days later and didn't even look at the area of the problem charged us $160 for freon that I'm not even sure we needed. The air was coming out cold but we had a leak in the ceiling. So once he assured me it was all fixed the ceiling was dripping withing minutes of him leaving. Had to put in another service call. They never even contacted me to set up a time. I had to call them. Then they didn't show up saying that they called to cancel but never did. I dedicated up fixing the problem myself so wasted all of that money for service calls and freon. I am so mad and hot...

I am sorry that so many of you have experinced problems with AHS. I have used them twice for minor repairs and I must say I am pleased. The last call I made was for a running toliet, and I saw my water bill growing fast. The plumber (Simple Plumbing) came out and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I called in to have one toliet fixed only to find out i needed two toliets fiexed. He fixed them and was very professional. I hope that I will be able to have these great comments if I have a major problem...But, if not I will find a new company to pay.
