We have been without a/c in our upstairs wall units since June and they have sent us 4 different contractors. The first one did not follow up, the next one didn\'t show up, the 3rd one doesn\'t work on wall units at all (we specified wall units) and I also found out the no-show company doesn\'t work on wall units either. Each time I have had to be on hold with AHS for at least 30 minutes. Last night I was on the phone for 90 minutes in order to reach a supervisor and that supervisor told me that by today he would have someone out to our house or we would get outside authorization. Well, today came and went with no contact from the latest vendor. Three chats online with AHS yielded 3 different responses: 1) We can do outside authorization now. 2) We have to wait until tomorrow morning to do OSA. 3) We cannot do anything different until Thursday. (Today is Tuesday). In the mean time I looked up vendors from the appliance manufacturer's web site and asked an agent if any of them were authorized. They are not. When I called a few local vendors to see if they could be used as an outside agent, a few said they won't even work with AHS because it it too much work to get paid. Our contract was inherited from our home's seller and it has proven worthless thus far. I think they are in business to collect premiums.

Absolutely awful service. Going on more than ONE MONTH without AC. Multiple phone calls to Customer Service and endless hours on hold to be told there is nothing they can do. They promise to call back, but no one ever calls. Waste of money and time. Buyer Beware!!

WOW - what can I say - AHS is a life saver for my wife and I. You see, I travel a lot and over the years we have had many reasons to use AHS...Hot water heater, A/C units, pool pump and the garage door openers to name a few items. When I am on the road, I have complete confidence that my wife can call AHS and get a licensed, insured & bonded contractor out to do the work and she knows in advance how much it will cost. The work is done professionally and in a timely manner and always with a follow up call from AHS. Thank you AHS for being there for us!

had a refrig. to go out, the contractor came out and checked to see what he would need to repair it, he ordered the parts. We had the parts delivered to our address with in a week, we notified him that the parts were in and with in 3 days he came back out and made his repairs. The repairman knew the product and did his work in a timely manner.

I am relatively a new client of American Home Shield. When my toilet started leaking I remembered I had AHS and called them right away. Within an hour I received a confirmation of my request for plumber and I also received a call from the plumber directly to set up a convenient time. The service was prompt and the plumbing was fixed the same day. / / It was really easy, a virtual no brainer. Very happy with the service!

First contact was professionally handled, explained and carried out to the letter. The contractor responded the same day and was also professional in his application and explanation of the problem, ordered the parts necessary and upon delivery of the ordered parts completed the work with a upbeat attitude and professional application and complete cleanliness prior to leaving our home.. Zabo plumbing should be considered a asset to your corporation.
