We just moved into this house 4 months ago. I don’t know how old the refrigerator is. But it stopped working and everything started to melt. I called the warranty company and they were very efficient. They contacted the repair service who called us right away. The only disappointing thing was that they were unable to come the same day but that’s understandable. They came the next morning and repaired it quickly. I was glad the house included the warranty

Original contractor (Sears Repair) cancelled the first scheduled appointment. Tried to push us back more than 3 weeks. I contacted AHS and they assigned to another contractor (West Maintenance) who showed up on time and completed the job in 2 weeks after ordering parts. I was very happy with their service.
