I hope my writing does not bother you but the last time I had to use your services it was the biggest cluster fuck I have seen in a long time. While trying to get my referigerator fixed right I had to buy a new one because I could not wait for the the jack offs to fix mine right they put parts in backwards them left. And when I called to have another person look at it I had to wait severals days for them to come back. I'm at the point thinking to cancel your service. I don't need it if I have to buy new evert time. Cash Cook

My wife and I bought a house on December 8, 2017 and purchased a home warranty through HSA. On December 27 the boiler heat stopped working. We contacted the home warranty company (HSA home warranty) on December 28th and they scheduled an HVAC company to come look at it on January 2. The HVAC company came out on January 2 and the contractor believed there was air in the lines and the system needed bleeder valves installed to see if that would fix the problem. The contractor stated they would have to get permission from HSA warranty company to do the work then left. Two days later I received an email from the HSA home warranty stating our claim had been denied because they would not install bleeder valves. On Friday, January 5, the pilot light to the boiler had gone out unbeknownst to me and the pilot gas switch was stuck to the on position. Around 10:30 on Friday night the gas build up ignited causing a mini explosion in my basement. It threw me to the ground damaged a door and damaged the pilot light to our gas water heater. We had gone 10 days without heat in our house and the inside of our house stayed a steady 48 degrees only because I had purchased space heaters to keep out house warm so my 1 year old would not get sick. After 9 days and not getting anywhere with the home warranty company, I had to do something to protect myself and my family so I took matters into my own hands and had a new furnace installed on Monday, January 8 which cost me $5400. HSA is quick to take your money but will do everything it can not to cover you. Even if that means putting you and your loved ones in harm way. HSA is a scam and an unethical company. I will do my part to tell everyone to stay clear of HSA and AHS. HSA and AHS has since tried to silence my voice by blocking me from their facebook pages because I was letting other customers know about my near death experience with HSA. My voice will not be silenced.

After a month, my AC is still not repaired. They sent out 4 different contractors, and they all said something different was wrong. Every time I call I am on hold for 30 minutes. The representatives are unsympathetic and rude. Their "cash in lieu" is not really a cashout. It is simply an authorization to get a non-contract provider to do the work. But it is only the work they want done, which I have no confidence is what needs to be done. I have breathing issues and cannot sleep at night. I want to get the cash and have the contractor of my choice fix my system, and they will not let me. They will only let me have done what the first contractor says is wrong, which is a leak in the coil, when they did not even do a leak test. This has turned out to be a home warranty service nightmare. Anyone who uses this company deserves what they get.

We were very impressed with our technician. He called before he came and was professional and polite. My husband even liked him. He had to order a part and when it came in he came out and installed it. That wasn't the only problem. He had to order another part and come back again and install that part. Now my "old" dish washer is working well.
