The dishwasher went out. Took 5 days for first visit. Then another week and half to get it fixed. The repair man was very good. It was the time it took them to get the parts from AHS. That time needs to be cut down. Then when they got the part another 4 days before they got out to fix it. So almost 2 weeks , not good. AHS is a great Co but needs to cut time down on getting things fixed.

Wow, I was totally impressed. Previously I had 2-10 Home warranty. They took nearly a week to fix a plumbing issue when I have only 1 bathroom. Conversely, American Home Shield had someone out the very next day. The process was smooth, and if I had any issues (which I didn\'t) they are also open 24/7. The contractor was out the next day, and simply replaced my hater heater since it would have been too expensive to fix. Great experience!
