Called for service on a/c and heating unit.. Technician came out and was told entire unit needs to be replaced! Been waiting since 9/21/22 for replacement! DO Not use Cinch Home Services either they\'re both the same company! Total thieves and con artist!

American Home Shield (AHS)
O-VERY POOR RATING-NO STARS... American Home Shield sent out 1st tech to fix my central A/C. Repair lasted 4 hours. They send another, 2nd tech, only for him to state that the unit was not repairable. Both of those techs were incompetent. I had company coming in with a infant. I took the initiative to hire a local company who had made the repair. American Home Shield will not reimburse me for that billing
