My last expereince was a few months ago and my air conditioner went out and I was out of town. My wife called me on a Saturday telling me that the unit was not blowing cold air. I put the request in that night, Monday morning the tech was at my house. It was a bad motor but the tech did not have it on the truck but promised to pick one up that night and return and install the following morning, Tuesday. The service was performed while both my wife and I were away. No problems. Thanks for the prompt service.

I have been with this compnay for three years and have come to the conclusion that they are chronic liars and train their representatives in the art of manipulative skills to "appease" customers. There is not enough internet space to adequately and thoroughly describe and define all of the unethical issues with AHS. To be blunt, don't waste your time and money. There are for more reputable companies in buisness.

Old Republic Home Protection
After one week in our new home (home was about 5 years old) the ice maker did not work. Called OR and told them we needed to make a service claim. After discussing the problem was asked by the representative if the ice maker worked prior to us buying the home. I said how would I know, I didnt live in the house prior to buying it. Was told it wasn't covered since I couldnt prove it had worked before. Fixed it myself! Few months later a washing machine that came with the home stopped working. Same questions as before (should not have been honest with them) so not covered. Fixed it myself! Ten months later have a water leak. I wont even waste my time with OR and will fix it myself. Dont waste your time or money with this worthless company.
