The contractor arrived at the appointed time. His uniform/work clothes were clean and he didn't track in mud, etc. He asked about the problem and I told him everything that had been done previously and then he went to work. He was done in less than 45 mins. He cleaned up his tools and I paid our fee. He was very courteous and answered all of my questions.
