My oven stopped working and couldn\'t be fixed. I received a cash option. My first attempts to send in the invoice and receipt were unsuccessful but I finally got it in, but I still haven\'t reviewed notification that\'s it been received. I am only assuming because my request has been closed. The process has not been difficult.

Very responsive to our need when both of our AC\'s weren\'t working. One of the units required numerous trips and the company they referred the work order continued to come out to repair the unit until they were able to get it in working order. Don’t walk away from this company. RUN!! Plan to spend 30-45 minutes on hold waiting for a human being to assist. Our first call resulted in a technician visiting our home, inspecting our damaged appliances and telling us he would order parts and contact us when the parts came in. He was never able to be contacted by us or AHS, who sent us another technician. This second technician finally repaired our appliances after a few visits. In all, it took 3 months, and significant amounts of phone time on hold, to complete repairs. Verify this by calling AHS and choose the repair option in their menu. Have a comfortable chair nearby.

I am new to American Home Shield. I am very pleased with the service provided to me for the replacement of my Air conditioner upstairs portion. I do however wish the outside portion could have been replaced at the same time since the unit is 24 years old. Awesome customer service. Awesome Technicians. (I just had to wait on the phone for about 20 minutes for a representative.) Wish the wait could have been shorter.

Customer service not the best. Could be better. Each contractor sent out did what they were required. I never paid more than my deductible for any service received. I\'ll keep the policy going until I think it\'s not worth it.
