I found that water was draining very slow in one bathroom and there was a leak when I used my garbage disposal. I made a service request online and I quickly received a call from the plumber to schedule a service time. I was able to get a time the very next day. And it was a morning appointment which I like. I also like the option to request service online. And yes, I would recommend AHS to anyone.

The customer service was bad i was abused by one of the reps i ask her a question and she was rude and eventially she hung up on me. It angered me i had never been treated so poorly by any company just because i ask a question she was not capable of answering.

This is the WORST warranty ever. In December of 2013 I had a problem with my heating unit and had no heat in 30 degree tempertures. I call AHS and they gave me a company that was closed on the weekend. I called back and tried several different company's and they were all closed. They informed me that after 11pm I could use my own repair man and be reimbursed for the cost. The next day a called a family friend and he came right out, fixed the problem in an hour or less and only charged me $60.00. On yesterday 2/2/2014 i found an outside water pipe broke and shooting out water fast. Again I called AHS and they first asked me did I think the pipe busted do to the cold tempertures? I of course said YES and they told me they dont cover acts of GOD. I responded by saying I cant predict acts of God either, that why I have insurance. Again they could not send anyone out the saame day. I called another family friend and he came right out while watching the Super Bowl and fixed it within 30 minutes and only charged me $30.00 but I gave him $65.00 for coming out on his personal time. AHS SUCKS and i am cancelling my membership. I'm going to take the 55.00 I pay monthly and save it in case of an emergency. Dont be fooled folks AHS is not all they say they are.
