    I have been with AHS over 10 years my experience with them has been nothing but positive. They have replace a refrigerator, washing machine and fixed my furnace and air conditioner unit.     I\'ve been pleased with AHS services for many years, however, my most recent experience was a bit trying. For one, AHS phone answering services had been outsourced to the Philippines?? In addition the 1st contractor never responded. I asked for a different one and was told that contractors had 24 to 48 business hours (8 hr workdays), to respond. Maximum 48hrs is 6 days!! Finally, I got another company will all went smoothly! Hopefully the outsourcing will get better and AHS will reassess the time limits on changing contractors. I am now going into a second day waiting for approval for repairs. I base my ratings below on all prior experiences.

    I am now into my 2nd year (1st year free at closing) and I can't wait until I can call it done. I have had to place the same call on the same appliance much too many times for this smoke & mirrors, bubblegum repairs! It is now close to 85 degrees in my house because the air has gone out again. I'm not even qualified and I know it's the thermostat yet they keep coming out and replacing the same dang part that, if it is truly broken, is being caused by another issue they aren't even addressing. The service people they send (if you can get one to come out within the same week) are rude, unprofessional, show up late or call after their appointed time to say "oh, I forgot I have to go to church today....I'll come later tonight", or don't really have a clue. Enough of AHS...Always a Headache to get Service. 32 minutes on hold as I type this.
